A custom booking journey
An intuitive flow designed around the ski school’s real operation.

Case study
Custom website · Ski school
A clear website for a ski school that makes choosing ski lessons easier and guides visitors quickly to booking.
We have worked with Áďa, the owner of Sova Ski School, since 2020, when the school was founded and we created its first website. At the time, a few essential details and a dedicated place online were enough for the new venture. As the school grew, expanded its services and welcomed more clients, the original website no longer reflected everything Sova now offers or what visitors need to know before arriving in Benecko.

Several years had passed since the first website launched, and Sova had developed from a new venture into an established ski school. The new website therefore needed to be more than a visual redesign. It had to capture the experience the team had gained, explain the expanded offer clearly and answer practical questions before they could become barriers on the way to booking.
We designed the content structure from the ground up. Every page has a clear purpose and guides visitors from choosing the right lesson through pricing and practical arrangements to the booking itself. The result is not simply more copy, but a considered information system in which parents, beginners and more experienced skiers can quickly find what they need to make a decision.
We created extensive, well-structured content that is clear not only to people, but also to conventional search engines and generative systems. The result is already visible: Google cites the Sova Ski School website as a source in its AI Overviews and uses it to answer specific questions directly in search results. All essential information is also available in Czech, English and German.

Instead of a long table, we created interactive pricing that adapts to the number of people taking a lesson. Visitors select their group size and immediately see only the relevant options.

The page also includes a calculator with sliders for the number of people and lessons. It compares the available choices in real time, recommends the best-value package and calculates the final price. A decision that would otherwise require comparing several rows now takes only a few seconds.

We also considered clients staying in Jilemnice, Vrchlabí and other nearby locations. The website provides specific information about transport, parking, parking fees, EV charging and walking times to the school reception.

Visitors arriving without a car can find recommended bus connections and the correct stop. Even seemingly minor practical questions are answered before the journey begins.

The website contains four contact forms, each designed around a different visitor intent. Alongside a general enquiry, visitors can contact the school about a partnership, express interest in a job or send praise or a complaint directly to management. Each form collects only the information relevant to its situation and routes the message to the people best placed to respond quickly. Sensitive feedback reaches management directly, while partnership opportunities remain separate from everyday client enquiries.

The most important part of the website is a booking process designed from scratch around the ski school’s real operation. We created a separate booking journey for regular lessons and for the children’s ski programme aimed at under-12s. Visitors provide just three essential contact details, choose suitable dates and the number of lessons, and can add a note if needed. Guests staying at partner hotels can also request transport to the slopes and back as part of their booking.

1 / 4: Selecting the course type, ability level and group size in the Sova Ski School booking journey
Once submitted, the client receives an email confirmation while the school reception receives a clear, detailed summary of the complete booking. The process remains simple for visitors while giving the team everything it needs to organise the lesson. The website therefore works not only as a presentation, but as a practical tool connecting the customer journey with the school’s day-to-day operation.
Sova Ski School gained a digital foundation that reflects its current scale and ambitions. Visitors can learn, compare prices, plan their arrival and submit the right type of booking without searching elsewhere for answers. For the school’s team, that means more precise requests, fewer repeated questions and better-prepared clients before they arrive. We turned a long-term partnership into a website that is not a one-off redesign, but a natural continuation of Sova’s next stage.
